I helped lead the integrated team that took an infamous, problem-plagued brand known as Valujet and turned it into AirTran Airways, a scrappy, low-fare success story serving cities coast-to-coast. In fact, it was so popular that Southwest Airlines bought it and expanded their route system.

Midwest Airlines was tagged best care in the air by my boss Dennis Gillespie at BBDS, and they were one of the best clients ever. We did quality brand and 'butts in seats' work on a small budget.
